预计台风“潭美”将以每小时15-20公里的速度向偏西方向继续移动，强度还将有所加强，最强可达台风级（33-35米/秒，12级），27日夜间开始在南海中西部回旋少动，强度逐渐减弱。受其影响26日夜间-28日夜间，越南北部地区将有5-7级、阵风8级的大风，越南中部地区将有6-8级、阵风9-10级的大风，越南中部近海风力可达9-10级、阵风11-12级。

（清迈30日讯）泰国北部地区连日遭遇强降水，清迈府的湄纳松布春水库周日开闸泄洪，这是13年来该水库第一次开闸泄洪。

台风“苏力”（热带风暴级）已于14时前后在越南广治省沿海地区登陆，登陆时中心附近最大风力8级（18米/秒），中心最低气压998hPa。“苏力”将继续向西偏南方向移动，强度逐渐减弱。

台风“潭美”10月27日在越南登陆之后，造成大范围降雨，290多间房屋遭破坏，并导致多地出现山体滑坡。总台记者获悉，截至当晚，台风“潭美”已致越南3人死亡，1人失踪。

9月9日——越南政府周一公布的初步预估显示，今年亚洲最强的台风“摩羯”在越南北部造成数十人死亡，并在向西移动时造成大面积破坏。越南气象局警告称，可能会发生更多洪水和山体滑坡。

China and counties on Indochina Peninsula linked by land and Lancang-Mekong river should build a closer cooperation to cope with the negative effects of extreme weather disasters.
