Management and Organisation
Three committee/teams will be set up for coordinating and implementing this project. The following are the terms of references of the Scientific Advisory Committee (SAC), the Project Coordination Team (PCT) and the Project Implementation Team (PIT).
Scientific Advisory Committee
The SAC is composed of experts in relevant fields from CMA, WMO and RA II. It is mainly responsible for providing scientific and technical guidance for the project, consulting on project implementation process, supervision and periodical evaluation and acceptance of the project, and paying special attention to scientific objectives.

Project Coordination Team
The PCT is composed of major coordinating units in CMA, WMO officials and RA II officials. It is mainly responsible for coordinating project implementation, coordinating with Technical Commissions and Research Board of WMO, relevant expert groups, WMO Secretariat, project participants and partners, in terms of experts, technology and promotion of achievements. Also, it is responsible for reporting the project progress and results to the RA II Management Group.
